Real questions from postpartum moms
When is the right time to start postpartum yoga?
We typically recommend starting around 3 months postpartum — once the immediate recovery phase has settled and you're starting to feel ready. If you had a C-section or a complex delivery, please check with your doctor first. There's no rush. You'll know when you're ready — and we'll be here when you are.
I had a C-section. Can I still do this?
Absolutely. C-section recovery is different from vaginal birth, and your instructor will create a practice that fully respects where you are in that process — addressing both the incision recovery and pelvic floor health. Just let your instructor know at the start.
What is Diastasis Recti, and can you help?
Diastasis Recti is the separation of the abdominal muscles that occurs during pregnancy. It's very common — and very mishandled. Standard crunches and planks can make it worse. We use specific techniques to support safe healing.
Is this just yoga, or something more?
It's a Postpartum Support Program. We use yoga as the foundation, but each session is built around your specific postpartum needs — pelvic floor, nervous system, mental clarity, and gentle rebuilding.
Is the free 45-minute trial really free?
Yes — no credit card required, no strings attached. Just show up and meet your instructor. The first 45-minute session is yours to experience how online 1-on-1 postpartum yoga can work for you.
What happens after the trial?
Nagisa, our Program Director, designs your personalized recovery plan based on your trial session, body, and goals. You then choose Starter (4 sessions), Recovery (8 sessions), or Rebuild (12 sessions) to continue.
Do the sessions expire?
Starter (4 sessions) is valid for 2 months. Recovery (8 sessions) for 3 months. Rebuild (12 sessions) for 5 months. Your unused sessions don't disappear within the validity period.
Can I upgrade my package mid-way?
Yes. You can upgrade to Recovery or Rebuild at any point — just let your instructor know. The remaining sessions transfer over so nothing is lost.
