About ONE OM ONE
ONE OM ONE is an online one-on-one yoga platform founded by a team with over 20 years of experience in the yoga and wellness industry.
We believe yoga should be accessible, personal, and sustainable — especially for people who don't feel comfortable in traditional group classes.
Our students include:
- Beginners who are new to yoga
- People with physical limitations or chronic conditions
- Seniors
- People recovering from injury
- Those dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout
Your role isn't to "perform."
It's to listen, adapt, and support.
Who We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy teaching private, one-on-one sessions
- Are comfortable adapting poses to different bodies and conditions
- Care more about student well-being than perfect shapes
- Want flexible, remote work that fits your lifestyle
- Are open to working with students from different cultures and backgrounds
Teaching experience is important, but you don't need to be a "celebrity instructor."
Many of our instructors grow their confidence and teaching style through working closely with students over time.
