Choose a plan and book your first session through ONE OM ONE. At the beginning of each session, our instructors will take the time to understand your conditions, limitations, needs, and goals for practicing yoga. They will also assess your current physical condition to tailor the session to your unique requirements.

Step 2

Begin your personalized yoga journey.

Your yoga instructor will guide you through a 1-on-1 class specifically tailored to your body's condition and needs, at your own pace.

Receive ongoing support.

Together, we'll develop a long-term practice plan to support and guide you towards your yoga goals. A monthly subscription gets you regular AI assessments so you can visualize your progress.
