Just had a lovely morning taking Zsa Zsa's session. My goal for the day was to improve flexibiliy and try a couple of challenging poses to get my body ready for the day. Zsa Zsa programmed a perfect flow for that, and at the end of the session I can literally see my hamstrings have lengthened and more flexible. Plus, her body scan at the end of the session was a delight. I was able to get into a deep relaxation phase, yet still alert thanks to the challenging flow prior to that. At the end of the session I was relaxed and energized at the same time. Thank you Zsa Zsa!

I'm really enjoying my one on one sessions. I've worked with a couple of different instructors, and they're all great at targeting my areas of concern, including very tight hips and legs. I always feel so limber and refreshed after a session.

I recently took my first yoga session with Chelsea, and it was a wonderful experience. As someone new to yoga, I felt a bit unsure going in, but Chelsea's guidance made all the difference. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided clear, understanding instruction throughout the session. I left feeling inspired to learn more about yoga and commit to regular practice. I didnt realise that online one on one yoga will be this good. I am happy to say that this platform was the best choice for me. I did class with Nagisa and she is super calm and has a not of skills and knowledge. Thank you Nagisa for having patience while i am trying to do the pose. :)

The sessions are great and the teachers are awesome. They all have such varying styles it is very easy to find someone who works well with you. The instructors are also very patient with us slower moving people with injuries .The only problem I had was trying to book at the last day of billing cycle.. It wouldn’t allow me to be ok my s cond booking.

I am loving this approach to Yoga ! I am a runner and a yogi and due to a back issue had to slow things down . One Om Ones’s private yoga has been a life saver ! I feel very nurtured in such a healing place . Fonny and Tomoko are very knowledgeable and patient! I can’t wait or my next class!

I've been using ONE OM ONE for a few months with the unlimited membership and I'm super happy with it!
I'd been looking for 1-1 online yoga classes for a while because of my busy lifestyle ad the fact that I travel a lot and i change timezone often so I need flexible timings for the classes. This is exactly what I wanted! I've been taking classes with Tomoko and Fonny and they've both been incredible!! They're really great at listening to my requests and tailoring the session to suit my needs, energy levels and capabilities. I've already improved both my flexibility and strength and I feel motivated to improve even more. Thank you Tomoko and Fonny for being so excellent and helping me achieve my health goals!! I can't believe what an amazing gift this program is. The price was beyond affordable and the attentive private yoga class with Tomoko was excellent. I am on the weekly trial but I will definitely sign up for a full-time membership. I have researched private online yoga classes and there is NOTHING out there like this program. Thank you for offering this! Also, thank you again to Tomoko for meeting me exactly where I am (a beginner) - I already feel as though I improved after just one session. :)

The yoga teacher guided me very well. Everything was lovely and I could understand everything. Nothing like this in my town. I have never heard of private lesson here.

I love it. It’s comfortable to do the private lesson at home, I don’t have to change cloth with other sweaty people in the gym. It’s all here. I don’t want to go out in winter.

It was the first experience for me to fully communicate with yoga teachers via zoom. The teacher's voice was clear, and with her guidance I was able to fully be relaxed. I liked it so much.
