Blending her ballet background with a passion for flexibility and mindful movement, Lisa embraces a holistic approach to wellness, integrating physical body and mind in her sessions to foster complete well-being and harmony.

She also cherishes Slow Flow Yoga, nurturing body, mind, and soul through fluid movements and Breathwork.
