9. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any ONE OM ONE yoga program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

9.1 Assumption of Risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the yoga program, you acknowledge, appreciate, understand, and agree that the risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, there exists a risk of serious injury. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees as defined below or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation.

9.2 Release and Hold Harmless

You, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless ONE OM ONE and its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, yoga instructors, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("releasees") with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.3 Compliance with Class Conditions

You willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If you observe any unusual significant hazard during your presence or participation, you will remove yourself from participation and bring it to the attention of the instructor immediately.

9.4 Camera, Microphone, and Connection

It is mandatory to keep your camera and microphone on throughout the session with a stable internet connection.

9.5 Dress Code and Conduct

You agree to dress appropriately and refrain from wearing attire that is too revealing or contains inappropriate/offensive designs and/or language. Nudity is prohibited. Respecting the class dress code helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

9.6 Respect for Instructors and Class Time

You agree to treat yoga instructors with respect, be mindful of the class start time, and refrain from using profanity or inappropriate language during the class.

9.7 Acknowledgment

By using ONE OM ONE services, you acknowledge that you have read this waiver and release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights, and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE OM ONE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONE OM ONE, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or demands arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, where Interdimension Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
