Brief Biography 

Yoga is a personal practice which very much mirrors the journey within. My goal is to support intention-setting and mindfulness practices that promote emotional and physical equilibrium. Trained in hatha, yogic philosophy & science, I aspire to share the wisdom & teachings of nature through the practice of Element Flow.

Yoga can be a tool for self-transformation and a path toward self-commitment when practiced regularly. The state of zero resistance helps the body to relax and reduce blockages and tensions that causes stiffness in the spine, muscle and joints while promoting effortlessness in asana practice in reaching the state of Sukham, or bliss.



About  Zsa Zsa Othman 

Having to complete her initial 200 HR teacher training with Under the Light studio, Zsa Zsa continued her Yoga training with Traditional Yoga, India under the science award winning, inspirational Yoga trainer, Dr. Kumar ALV. After years of experience as a teacher, she created Element Flow, a system of asanas which focuses on body alchemy & balance. Zsa Zsa is an advocate of mental health and also a life coach. She is a Reiki and sound vibrational healing practitioner and believes in the ability of self -healing.
