My teaching style is centered around mindful Slow Flow, where we prioritize breath, alignment, and building a strong foundation. I find immense joy in watching my clients grow in both strength and flexibility, not by chasing complex poses, but by mastering the fundamentals that create a sustainable, lifelong practice.
I firmly believe that your yoga journey is uniquely yours. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. In our 1-on-1 sessions, my goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where you feel empowered to explore, grow, and shine in your own beautiful way.
