Hello, I'm Abhi Nautiyal, a yogi from Rishikesh, India. My yoga journey began at the age of 15, and I've continued my practice ever since. In my hometown, yoga is not just a physical activity – it flows in water, flies in the air, and remains stable in the mountains, visible in people's behavior.
