What Chelsea keeps in mind when she leads 1-on-1 yoga practice
Our private yoga sessions will focus on being comfortable in your body. My aim with private classes is to achieve a deeper connection to your mind, body and emotions so you will leave the session feeling better than when you came.
About Chelsea
Chelsea began her yoga journey back in her days at law school and with consistent practice everyday she found the healing benefits of yoga too good to keep to herself. She completed a 200TTC at iSpirit Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2020 and is currently on her way to 500TTC qualification with House of Om by the end of 2022.
She is also a qualified to teach Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Children's Yoga. She teaches a variety of classes at Flyproject, Damai and Yay Studio. In her free time, Chelsea also paints and draws.
