Message from Dipali
Namaste, I’m Dipali — a traditional Hatha yoga teacher, sound healer, and breathwork practitioner with a deep-rooted connection to Vipassana meditation. My journey began in the corporate and pharmaceutical world, but life gently guided me toward a deeper purpose. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation transformed the way I live and how I see myself.
Through my sessions, I create a space where movement, breath, and sound blend into a soothing experience of self-exploration. My intention is to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner self, and cultivate harmony within.

Dipali is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, sound healer, and breathwork practitioner with a strong foundation in Vipassana meditation. After years of working in the pharmaceutical and corporate sectors, she discovered her true calling in holistic healing.
Her teachings weave together movement, breath, and sound to create deeply grounding and transformative experiences. She has guided over 1,000 students through yoga and sound healing sessions, both online and offline. With a gentle presence and intuitive understanding, Dipali helps individuals reconnect with themselves and find inner harmony through mindful practice.
