Message from Don Har
I invite individuals to slow down in a world that constantly pushes them to rush. You have a safe space to listen your body and heart, where you can feel without pressure, and move without comparison.
Through thoughtful sequencing and clear alignment cues, individuals will build strength with humility, flexibility with patience, and resilience with kindness.
You are encouraged to have yoga blocks , yoga straps/towel to help you to stay in Asana comfortably.
What Don Har keeps in mind when she leads 1-on-1 yoga practice
In my 1 to 1 class , I always keep this in mind: safety first. Alignment matters because it protects the body and builds a sustainable practice. Everyone of you walk into class with a different history, different limitations, and different emotional states — so I prioritise on offering a safe space for individual to express. My role is not to impress, but to guide. I hope you leave feeling more grounded, more aware of your bodies, and slightly more at peace than when you arrive.
About Don Har
I have completed 200 hour yoga teacher training from Yoga East + West , based in Bali in year 2019. After I took the training, I continued to work in corporate until 4 years ago. Life has showed me a clear path and enabled me to devote myself into yoga teaching.
My Hatha yoga teaching is rooted in tradition, steady and mindful breath, moving with alignment and awareness.
