If online 1-to-1 yoga is new to you, I invite you to approach it with an open mind and curiosity, ready to discover something new about yourself through this intimate way of learning. Drawing from over 20 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience, I’ve honed my ability to deliver clear, precise cues that translate seamlessly to the online format. Simple props - a wall, 2-4 blocks, a thick blanket, a yoga strap, and a bolster- can enhance your practice, though they’re entirely optional. Above all, remember that consistency is what will unlock the true benefits of your yoga journey

Nabilla has over 10 years of teaching experience and 20 years of continuous learning in yoga as a way to build & maintain healthy mental & physical health. With training from some of the most respected teachers in the world from India, she believes yoga is for everyone irrespective of age and gender especially when it is taught at an incremental pace, with emphasis on a strong and safe foundation.
