I’m Rajat Purwal, a Yoga Teacher and Naturopath from Rishikesh, India, with over eight years of teaching experience. I hold advanced degrees in Yogic Sciences and Naturopathy. My instruction covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Philosophy, and Shatkarma. I have guided 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses across India and Nepal.
