Namaste, I’m Swati Singh from India, a certified yoga teacher trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga. Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, and over time, it changed my life.

What Swati keeps in mind when she leads 1-on-1 yoga practice?
I pay close attention to how you breathe, how you move, and how you feel. At first, you might feel physical shifts — more strength, ease, or flexibility. But soon, something deeper begins to unfold: a calmer mind, a lighter heart, and a sense of inner clarity.
