Tracy has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, initially she started practicing yoga is to help herself to manage her lower back issue in a way of holistic approach. A huge transformative led her to become a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Her intention as a Yoga Teacher is to share yoga as a tool, where she can lead her students towards deeper level of physical fitness, healthier lifestyle along with mental peace and self-empowerment on/off the mat.
